The Tabou, Vanuatu’s sign of protection, one of the island’s oldest carved forms, in sterling silver, set on a stone chosen by you.
Each stone is cut by our lapidaries in Port Vila and set by hand in the band, so no two rings are quite alike. Choose any of our 16 hand-cut gemstones, or bone (polished pig tusk): the price is the same whichever you pick, and the colour and pattern of a natural stone always vary a little.
Sizes 48 to 65 (European). Made to order in about one week. Handmade in our Port Vila workshop, Vanuatu. Store it on its own; a soft cloth brings back the shine. If you choose turquoise, malachite, black or red coral, or bone (pig tusk), keep it away from perfume and seawater.
