Is it possible to change my jewelry design?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 5 day’s notice, you can adjust your design up to two times without any additional charges.
Tell me more about your refund policy.
You can send back retail collection items for a full refund within 2 weeks. Items must be in their display boxes and must remain unworn. There are no refund on custom made jewelry.
How does the billing process work?
To secure your sales order, we request a 50% down payment with the remaining 50% to be paid 24 hours prior to pick-up.
What is the entitlement of a VIP?
VIP status is reached after reaching a milestone of 500k vatus, an exclusive membership card is granted, entitling 10% discount on all transactions throughout the year. During store-wide sales, our VIPs will enjoy a 15% discount.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! Feel free to reach out to our dedicated customer service team with your order number.
