Founded in 1971 in the New Hebrides, Vanuatu Bijouterie has grown into one of the most respected jewellery houses in the South Pacific. Over the years, the maison has evolved from a small atelier into a symbol of cultural craftsmanship and elegance. Since 2014, it has stood apart as the only jewellery brand in the region led by locally trained Melanesian artisans, proudly celebrating and preserving traditional know-how.
Each piece is created using locally sourced materials, such as precious metals, Tahitian pearls, diamonds, and gemstones. As a result, every jewel reflects the natural beauty of Vanuatu, seamlessly blending cultural heritage with refined artistry.

At the helm of Vanuatu Bijouterie, Estelle Milfirer blends French sophistication with the soul of Melanesia, crafting jewellery that transcends borders. As Founder and Artistic Director, she guides the creative direction of the maison. Through her vision, each piece unites cultural heritage with contemporary elegance, resulting in designs that are both meaningful and timeless.
Over the years, her creations have graced prestigious showcases in Paris, Hong Kong, Dubai, Shanghai, and Japan, thus bringing Vanuatu’s artistry to the global stage. Among her most celebrated works, the bejewelled Vanuatu Tusk stands out as a symbol of national pride. It has been presented by the State House to royalty and dignitaries, and her work is endorsed by the President of Vanuatu as a mark of excellence.
